    You can over do it in the gym before a fight. These are they kind of training videos that get montaged together to be shown just before the fight, and then that fighter gets knocked out in the 1st.

    Lol he isn't building any muscle training like that, this is just endurance improving or to warm up the muscles. Also you don't use light weight like this for gaining strength, even if its the smaller muscles.

    This version of Khan will go down as one of the Greatest Middleweight Lineal World Champions in human history.

    I'm hoping he doesn't have stamina issues across the stretch, but who cares, Canelo has Gasnelogitis so it shouldn't be a big problem.
