Manchester boxing gyms

    Reccommend me some good amateur boxing clubs!
    I am going to be competin when I move to the UK in Sept.
    I will be situated in Central Manchester.
    (Near the University of Manchester)

    move to london, there are plenty of good gyms here.

    Most of the clubs aren't in the centre but around Manchester. I just looked on the ABAE website and:

    if ur in manchester n u want a good gym
    travel a few miles 2 liverpool
    we got rotunda,salsbury, kirkby,n loadsa others that have lots of aba champs

    i agree west ham have very good juniors harringey senior team is close to best in london atm

    i no the smith family and they are all very good boxers paul whos gone pro no trained by buddy mcgirt , ste whos bin called up 4 the olympics and in their shadow is calum another very good boxeri tend 2 get down to their shows
    tho the only time ive fought on one i got robbed an the lads coach agreed an the lad

    bob shannons gym fighting fit ,if you are tough enough! not for the casual or white collar though...

    moss side abc less than a mile from the uni comes highly reccomended also

    Thanks a lot, keep them coming.
    I haven't found a single half-decent directory.
    Everyone I ask tells me 2-3 different ones.
