You call yourself a champion then if it makes you feel better. Apart from kiko frampton hasn't fought at a great level either but you can call him a champion too if you like
I never called Frampton a champion he isn't of course neither is Quigg, true to an extent but Frampton's next opponent is better than anything Quigg beat as was Kiko.
