David Lemieux won last night TKO round 2 against Purnell ''Pussybwoy'' Gates.

Utter disgrace of a performance by Gates, Not overly impressed from the amateur cam i saw of Lemieux's performance. The worry i had was him getting to power crazy and just looking to land and getting wound up and last night for the first round and a bit that's how he looked. Frustrated and over aggressive. He reminded me of Juanma Manuel Lopez against Lontchi where Juanma just thought he could land bombs on a negative opponent.

Gates performance was hard for David because he didn't come to even fight, we talk about withholding Audley's purse this was worse IMO. He got hit by about 3 left hooks. The first two he ate with bravado then the other sent him in ropes. He got up and then decided to do a impression of Cotto against Margarito and take a knee..then get up and tell the ref ''nah don't wanna know...''

 

Erislandy Lara TKO1 in a 10 rounder on the JMM-Katsidis card.

Frankie Gomez has a 6 rounder next week on the Khan undercard.

I don't know if i was out of order..in my last post, just re-watched it and tbh Gates looks shaky from the get go. He actually reminded me of a black Charlie Zelenoff...

Yep, I'm logged in but all I can see is "There are no boxers in your watch list".

You need to go to a boxers record and under where it says the height, stance, reach and all that there is a 'add to watchlist' button. Click that and you're sorted.

Update about Sillkah...he's still looking to fight Despaigne but they're waiting for TV or something.

He's pissed off at his promoters Square Ring, "they have deceived my expectations" and will be looking to sign with someone else.

He can't waste next year, nearly needs to push on.
