Peter needs to retire. I was at Twin River last night and he looked like garbage vs Vladine Biosse (The crowd still went wild). He was scheduled to fight a guy who was like 15-0 but fought this guy on 2 weeks notice instead and was gifted a draw. I like Manfredo a lot, but him and RJJ need to retire. If he fought the other guy he would have really been hurt. his father needs to tell him its over.
Well it was a comeback fight...he was off for like 2.5 years right? I think it was a money grab .....kid actually made some money in boxing but I think he blew alot of it in bad real estate deals
This is what happens when you mis-manage your life. We can argue that they like to fight because they are warriors but getting beat up by guys that you would have embarrassed years ago is proof that your life is ****ed up.
I think he's working as a construction worker in boston....has at least 3 kids I think.....prob just looking for a way to pick up 10k and dust off the gloves
His health should be his number #1 priority. His best case scenario is that he decisions 2-3 guys with padded records. Eventually he'll be sacrificed to a young gun and he'll be lucky if he doesn't end up with permanent damage.
Eh....I think ur looking at it all wrong ....I don't think he's thinking he's ever getting back to anything big....he's looking for some cash grabs in the local scene with ces.....this isn't some comeback trying to get back on network tv ....I think he's looking to keep it local at these twin river type shows and make a few extra bucks

Terrible hometown early stoppage....joe was about to slap himself out and get ko'd by the pride of providence and they knew it...that's why the ref stopped it while joe was slapping Peters shoulders
I remember when he was on The CONtender show, didn't he get his ass handed to him by Gomez then Mora beat him in the final. Never liked him and do not understand why he is supported as much as he is...
he did lost to gomez in their first match....it was same day weigh ins and he wasnt taking his weight serious...he had to shed a bunch of weight real quick and it didnt go good for him....when he got to come back he did better with his weight and beat gomez...he also did much better in the mora rematch and lost an SD second time around...i, and many others, thought he got robbed i read something where he said he didnt take weight management very seriously when he was young...and it led him to fighting at weights he prob shouldnt have been peter always was what he was...nothing special...but a pretty tough kid and a good guy to root for
