This "you don't need a Doctor" stuff is hilarious bull****.

Maybe you don't if you have a problem playing golf once each week in the summer you don't - but if you're a professional boxer, at the elite level, and you have a serious injury you have a supervised rehabilitation to make sure you regain full strength and don't do further damage.

The only conclusion to draw from this is that Manny is either;

A) Stupid
B) Was never seriously injured, or
C)Has no desire to ever fight again
