The Lord felt bad by delivering Mayweather into the hands of Pac and then letting Mayweather beat Pac 10 rounds to 2 so the Lord decided to heal Pac's shoulder in an expeditious fashion and told him to take a swim in the ocean. It's a miracle.

I think it's pretty obvious by now that Pac never had a torn rotator cuff. He needed a built in excuse just in case he lost, which he did.
