Edit: PACQUIAO IS EXPECTED TO WEIGH 150 ON FIGHT NIGHT, NOT CONFIRMED THIS IS HIS ACTUAL WEIGHT NOW.

With week and a half out, per Justin fortune. Said Manny is fast and strong. On Twitter. "Fortune: Manny Pacquiao very strong, very fast at 150 pounds." So much for the theory of him climbing weight to make 147. Glad to see that both he and Floyd are in tip top shape as usual.

Do you think it's wise for Pac to weigh 150?

"Justin Fortune would make sure Manny Pacquiao enters the ring against Floyd Mayweather Jr. on May 2 at an exact 150 pounds. Not an ounce less, not an ounce more.

The 49-year-old Fortune, Pacquiao’s strength and conditioning coach, also wants Pacquiao to tip the scales at an exact 146.5 lb during the official weigh-in on May 1.

Fortune said Pacquiao’s metabolism is too fast that it would be ideal if he registers that weight. As to fighting at 150, Fortune said he found out that it’s where Pacquiao is “very fast, very strong.”

He said Pacquiao must bulk up a bit since he expects Mayweather to weigh in at 147 and rehydrate to 160 lb on fight night.

    because justin fortune said so???

    :rofl

  7. 160 is a bit much. I think Floyd will be 155-157. He'll rely on size as an insurance to survive the onslaught of punches.

Well he is one of the elite strength and conditioning coaches in boxing I think he knows what he is talking about. There is a reason why Mayweather wont show his official fight night weight.

If he was weighing in at 150 he would show it. Only dumbsters think Mayweather is a small WW.

Thanks! Did I misread? Was he saying Pac is 150 now or expected to be on fight night?
It's been posted by HBO and Showtime.
    Exactly lol
He's not in Floyd's camp so he knows this much: .......

Floyd's fight night weight has never been officially higher than 151.5 I think. Pac actually weighed more than him in 2014.

Floyd would be 165 if he had a true Black dong but his baby dong is 5lbs lighter then it should be.
