none of this has been confirmed, OP is lying. Go find a link anywhere where team Mayweather has confirmed this was offered....all you have to go on is what Manny claims he said during a phone call. He could claim anything, there's no proof!! this is a load of ****

JohnAnthony I voted that it SHOULD be 50/50. Your not getting MY point though.

YES IT SHOULD BE 50/50 AS I HAVE SAID MANY TIMES. There is so much money on the table that a 50/50 is doable. BUT, Pac messed himself up with his "i'll take less money" line. Floyd gonna hold him to that. As we've seen with the drug tests, Floyd gonna stand firm on his position. If Pacquiao said he would take less than well, he gonna have to take less.

On top of that...for the 23434 time......Do you really think Team Mayweather is going to ignore THE FACT that Floyd averages more PPV buys since a common factor in both mens careers-Oscar De La Hoya?

They are not going to ignore those numbers bro...So yes it SHOULD be a 50/50...It's also business and they won't ignore the PPV numbers and REVENUE.

    Keyword John, "Revenue":good

It's hard knowing how many ppv's to go back when assesing how popular each fighter is.

Especially because, just because a fighter sold aload of ppv's 3 years ago, that doesn't mean he's popular now.

I've got an idea. Why don't we just take the recent ppv's into account, because thats the best reflection of who generates the most money at this present time right. And who they fight and who's on the undercard don't matter cos its all about the A-side.

So lets just compare May vs Ortiz, to Pac vs Marquez.

    Oh wait. oh no :scaredas:

Yeh but ... but.... but.... Manny's on steroids :|:|:|

Yep. Arum calls the shots with Pac end of story. It doesn't matter what Pac says the fight was never going to happen on May 5th because his daddy Arum came out several times saying no fight but these ****s just don't get it.:-( Pac is a ***** because he won't put Arum in his place and tell him to **** off and I'm fighting PBF on May 5th. Pac is just as big of problem as Arum is for not standing up to him to get the fight made.

Nope, not based on that your fault-Based on you presenting an argument which is filled with holes and misleading info.:deal

Your fault Pugi. You were wrong,it isn't the "caps." I notice that you resort to anything BUT staying on topic after your argument is proved weak.

Just look at this thread:lol::lol::rofl:rofl..I'm not just saying I own you-Go look at the posts-They speak for themselves.:deal:hat

do u understand the words "take less money"? that means pac can have a share of the revenue but lesser than floyd's but ur boyfriend wants that pac will not get any cut from the REVENUE so pac did not accept the offer.

the question here is who wants the fight to happen?
first floyd demanded OSDT without cutoff
pac accepted the demand now floyd put another ridiculous demand.

Nobody said anything about "3 years ago"..I simply put the average buys out-They won't ignore it.

Why don't we take "recent PPV" into account? Because recent PPV's only tell a PARTIAL STORY.

The "common factor" in both men's career is the De La Hoya fight...It's a fair starting ground and it's easy to prove (using prior and post ppv numbers for both fighters) that this is the common factor.

Oh and nobody said anything bout Pac being on steroids but keep blabbering stuff out that has nothing to do with anything to try and "smoke" your argument.:good

I respect your opinion John...I just think it's very weak and filled with holes and you know it. I believe your personal opinion of Floyd is what brings you to your conclusion..not the PPV NUMBERS, OR MORE IMPORTANT, THE REVENUE.:deal:thumbsup

Not to mention this is all hersey anyways and all based on what Manny (a guy who hardly speaks english and has next to no knowledge of negotiations and his finances) claims was said during a brief phone call. Manny doesn't promote himself so it's all irrelvant anyways, fact is the only person from Pacs camp that can make the fight refused to sit down and negotiate or even pick up his phone and Manny refused to make his promoter make the fight which he can do at anytime as he's Arum's boss not vice versa even though Arum clearly wears the pants in that relationship.

But anyways this whole post is BS!!! Even if Pac were able to negotiate a fight (which he isn't, he is under contract to Arum for this) this has not been confirmed whatsoever, the only people confirming it are team Pac who will do anything to save face in the media at this point after the horrible beating their rep has taken over the last few months. Pac could claim anything here, he could say Floyd asked for 8 billion and a fight in his backyard, there's no way to prove anything unless the call was recorded or PBF confirms it himself......
