Pac won all three fights, but they were close every time. JMM's real talent was making Pac look average, it was not enough to win but to some fans being close was good enough.
that fight had a lot of close rounds in it yes the 115-113, 116-112 were full of ****, but a draw was very possible given that few early rounds were close and last 2 round JMM fought defencive and safety first - most likely giving away both rounds
Arum is ruining the Mayweather fight more and more by putting him in with Bradley's and Marquez's. He can fight those 2 fights after Mayweather. It's as clear as ever as to who is to blame for this fight not happening.
Marquez Pacquiao 3 rounds were as one sided for Marquez as Pacquiao was for Bradley. I had the Pacquiao Marquez 3 fight 9-3 for Marquez and the rounds were as close as the Bradley-Pacquiao fight. I had Pacquiao Bradley 8-4 for Manny. If your going to say that the rounds were "close" in Marquez Pacquiao 3, then you should man up and say they were "close" in Pacquiao Bradley. Bottom line is Manny is 1-1 in his last 2 fights. Officially or unofficially.:deal
3rd fight was as big of a robbery as Bradley Pacquiao. Marquez dominated the fight man. If he didn't, then I guess the judges did get it right for Bradley-Pacquiao.
I would prefer for Pacquiao to fight Bradley first, but an argument can be made that Marquez deserves it more - if it's a fair-shake fight in Mexico. I don't think Bradley would win a rematch - I thought he lost more than clearly in the first fight and that he might find it even more difficult in the rematch. I don't feel that Manny needs to "redeem" himself vs. Timmy - if anything it's the other way round - but I would like him to set the record straight. But perhaps he feels it's more important to set the record straight vs. Marquez (and it might make him more money as well).
B.S. while I had Marquez winning a slender decision in the 3rd fight, while Pacquiao was a very clear winner vs. Bradley (9-3). All you people drawing direct parallels simply aren't credible.
Yes, they were different fights, one seemed one sided while the other close, but I had Marquez outlanding Pacman in all 3. I couldn't give a **** about effective aggression that Pacman uses or clean, precise punches that Marquez prefers. In close fights or any fight who ever outlands the other should win. First time I saw the Bradley fight I clearly had Pacman winning the fight, but Bradley edged him too. Manny will have his hands full with Marquez and Bradley. Floyd probably isn't even a thought right now.
his style is favored by the judges. a lot of punches manny threw landed. u cant see it very well live because he is fast. he throws one and then he comes back with another when u didnt have time to see him land the 1st 1. u got to review the video a couple of times to see it really. these judges have a birds eye view unlike us at home. they can see more punches landing than we can because they r right there in front of the action. the last fight i thought manny won clearly since he was the aggressor. jmm was laid back and countered with 1 or 2. judges almost always favor the guy who throws more and lands more in a fight like that from my experience. the other 2 fights i had manny up 115-113 and the second one i had 115-112. back then manny was so active and didnt stop throwing. jmm couldnt keep with his output. the more u throw, the better chance u have of landing more.
I actually have Marquez winning all three fights. The first fight I felt could have went either way because I have scored the fight for Manny before. I scored that fight 4 times and I had Marquez winning twice. The other was a draw. Every time i score the second fight I have it 114-113 for Marquez. I had the third fight 116-112 for Marquez.
