    Pacquiao is the greatest fighter of all time who's last name ends with a P...heh.

    But seriously, leave race out of it...who cares? Pacquiao is easily top 20 or 15 of all time. No other Asians in that top 20, so, I guess that make him the greatest asian fighter ever...but that's irrelavent.
