It is in Tagalog (Phillipines) language.

Basically, NSAC loss his first blood test (30 days before fight) and he had to submit to a unscheduled blood test 2 days before the fight.

Manny did not want to because he was already draining himself for the weigh in so he felt it will make him weaker. He also believes he would need to drink more liquid immediately after the blood test in order to recover properly, but that could jeopardize his weigh in.

I assume he did the blood test because NSAC threatened not to give him the license to fight. And he said his punches versus Morales was not as strong.

It's just an excuse for why he lost. If you remember he had a really good round 12 in this fight. Weakened fighters don't have one of their best rounds in the last round. Pacquiao also got busted open early in the fight and that would make him even weaker. It's an even worse excuse now, do to the fact that he is fighting in a much higher weight class.

Thanks for sharing. Interview from 2005. Pac explains how Nevada hospital mysteriously loses records of his blood test performed a month before to get a license. Blood is taken out 2 days before the Morales I fight. Manny complains about being dizzy afterwards, and says his punches on Erik that night had no power whatsoever, and he realized early on in the fight it would be impossible to KO Morales with his sapped strength.

What's everyone going to say now? Manny is lying in this 2005 interview to make excuses for showing concerns about blood tests today in 2009?

Whether you or anyone else finds it a reasonable belief is besides the point.

Does Pacman have a genuine belief that taking blood close to the fight will make him weaker? It appears so. This isn't something new he invented to avoid testing.

If he does agree to random testing up until 3-5 days before the fight this should suit everyone. It will ensure even the most rabid teste that he can't be cheating, and will also satisfy Pac's beliefs.

Of course, this was only one of the things being put on the table. Now it appears to have been retracted and gone to the 30 days again. Which would leave a small window of opportunity for a determined cheater.

He blamed his lost to the blood test 2 days before the fight with morales... manny's punches didn't have the same POP that night. That's the main reason why he doesn't want to be tested randomly, cause it might be 3days, 2day or worst 1 day before the fight. C'mon! is it that hard to understand their side.

No, it is not hard to understand. If people are not already totally biased.

Whether it seems like a reasonable belief that Pac has or not, it is a consistent one.

The only problem is that Pac's camp are changing their mind between 3 days or 30 days. This is the issue that now needs to be resolved.

Comprehension is not one of your stronger traits, is it?
You missed the point by a mile.
