I'm not gonna argue about who won those fights. They we're very close. I say those guys are even.

I don't care either, believe me. Both guys deserve their credit because they stayed on equal terms with alternate, opposing styles. An astouding feat by each of them.

of all the choices there i only favored 3 guys to beat pac handily and thats guzman, mijares, and winky.

calderon has shown that he could get hurt, and was troubled by a less skilled pressure fighter in cazares but i think it would be close sort of like a jmm-pac matchup

abraham, i also see that one as close..remember we are talking about h2h, both of them have solid chins on both their level of weight category.

cotto perhaps but again h2h meaning weight doesnt apply, and i could say pac has a puncher's chance, margarito was slow in his punches but still caught cotto. Pac has fast hands and could catch margarito's chin later rounds

margarito - both have solid chin weight per weight..its not like pac has a shaky chin like cotto. It would be a total war

I wish everyone would think that way...instead of "Marquez got robbed twice" or "Pacquiao won both fight decisively"

I HATE it when people scream "Robbery" on a close fight. ANd it happens a lot...You have the right to be sorry for your favorite fighter but in no way that means the other one is ****.

P4P my dream match up would Calzage/Pacman. I think Joe's the only guy that could definately beat Pac, P4p. I think of any of the rest of them P4p Guzman has chance. P4p Pavlik may well have a chance to if he can drag Pac into a sluggin contest, if that happens Pavilks always got a chance coz he's a REAL banger, but lets not forget sluggin is what Pacman does better than anybody so on second thoughts Pavlik might just be out of his depth with Pacman, P4P.

Off that list, the main ones are Calzaghe, Guzman.

Calzaghe has the speed to match Pac and the chin to withstand his punches, he also has the stamina to keep up with Pac for 12 rounds.

Guzman for obvious reasons. I would still favour Pac due to guzman's defensive style (hands down, wide punches) and his stamina issues.

Cotto IMO would get blitzed. IMO Pac is a harder p4p puncher than Judah, punches alot more often too and throws combinations non stop. If Judah can stagger Cotto, Pac would probably finish him. Pac has the speed advantage and I dont think Cotto is any better than MAB skillwise so I doubt he would be outboxing Pac.

Margo is tough but so was Diaz. OK Margo is in a different leagu but he's still a come forward fighter with minimal defense relying solely on hard chin. Unfortunately for Margo this is p4p which means unlike Margo-Cotto, Pac wouldnt be the smaller man and would be Margo's size, his bombs would eventually break Margo down.

Taylor broke Winky's guard many times and he is nowhere near as hard a puncher as Pac p4p. Pac would land combinations on that guard all day and not get tired doing it.

That's just because you THINK that, right? ... not because your pointing out ANY similarities between Lacy and Pac, or Trinidad and Pac

Guerrero? I agree that he should stay at 135 and clean house before moving up, but Guerrero? He wouldn't last 6.

Pac fights nothing like Trinidad. Alot more explosive, alot more punches, alot faster and is unafraid of taking a jab to land 3 shots. See Taylor-Winky for what it will look like, except imagine Taylor was faster and hit harder.
