He was lineal at 126 and 140. I don't think anywhere else.

He was definitely lineal at 112 and many would argue the lineage was re-established at 130 when he beat JMM. Morales unified couple of belts I believe, MAB beat him, JMM beat MAB and JMM & Pac was ranked 1 & 2.

Ring title doesn't mean lineage but most cases it does.
Vitali was considerred the no 1 contender when he beat the no 2 contender Sanders and became the champ.

A double standard I see, Vitali isn’t the linear champion (and rightfully so), but Floyd was.

    Who governs this chicken ****?

Name me a WBA/WBC/IBF Flyweight Champion then, former or current.

Even the last flyweight to hold the WBA/WBC Titles simultaneously will do.

You see you can’t JB… using your logic Vitali Klitschko is the current lineal heavyweight champion, LAUGHABLE.

How the **** did Floyd Mayweather create a new Lightweight linage?

    1990
    Pernell Whitaker vs. Juan Nazario
    WBA/WBC/IBF Lightweight Title

    2002
Floyd Mayweather vs. Jose Luis Castillo II
    WBC Lightweight Title
