    Of course he is, I don't hold Mayweather or Pacquiao higher than the other, head to head is different but I still believe a better strategy and fully fit shoulder, Manny could give Floyd fits but then again Floyd wasn't 100% either. Always be an intriguing match up in this collision of polar opposites, both superlative in their own ways, one is flawed fire, the other is pristine ice.
