In fact he is a huge number 2. Manny although not as clean and fluid as number 1 Floyd is a quality number 2. He has proven himself able to beat the top of the divoaion, beating Bradley and Algieri. These two wins really increase the quality of number 2. There is nothing wrong with being a huge stable well put together number 2!
