no one in here can say who is faster for sure, LITERALLY, unless you measured their punch velocity with a damn speed clocker and compared results. no one

Mayweather has better control and balance with his speed ... Manny is just a bit more explosive and throws more combinations ... I would go with Floyd on this one, because even though he doesn't throw combo's like Pac ... when he throws its pretty fast.

I disagree that Floyd lost speed at welterweight ... he's still the fastest welterweight out there ... he just doesn't throw combo's like he used to ... but he's turned pot shotting to an art form. He looked pretty fast against Oscar while throwing one punch at a time and that was above the welterweight limit of 147 lbs ... he weighed in officially at 150.

Pretty fast doesnt equal faster, Manny is obviously faster you know it along with the rest of the Floyd fans, the problem is you supporters of Floyd do not give any fighter any kind of credit when he is stacked against Floyd, you will go out of your way to lie and stay in denial, its all good because in the end when Pac and Floyd do fight if somehow Floyd wants him after Cotto beats him, Pac will still beat Floyd, and the reality will be harsh for some to deal with.

My vote goes to Pac. Floyd has good speed. Pac has blinding speed and can move his whole body in and out very quickly.

Im trying to find the gif of Pac-Hoya

On Round 5 Time 1:50+ left something.
Where Pac just sway off Hoya's arm, hit with a straight right, then move out of range ALL OF IT in JUST 1 SECOND!
