    Manny has faster hands, but Floyd has overall quicker reflexes as far as his head movement and ability to avoid shots.

    I think it's fairly close. I guess you have to give it to Floyd. But Manny is beast because he's almost as fast and punches a lot harder.

    PAC got the quickest hands according to DelaHoya who was able to fight both PAC and Floyd...

    It's Floyd. There is a seductive illusion that PAC is quicker because he throws so many punches. Floyd's speed is not showcased like that.
