Both men don't use the style which is 'bad' for the other. So it basically depends on who you think is better.
Manny has the footwork and speed to give Ike plenty of problems but his open defense may see Ike rain fire on him
Don't like Pac much against a big right hand puncher with good boxing skill. I wish Pac had stayed at LW for a little longer though, get a better sense of him at the weight.
Ike Williams wins. He has the ability to be agresive which will keep Pacquiao on his back foot. He also great at controlling the distance. Williams is a top 5 head to head lightweight in my opinion posibily top 3. Pacquiao is a very good boxer in his own right but he is not a top 5 head to head lightweight.
Yeah. Pacquiao is to easy to hit to beat Williams. There might even be better fighters that Pacquiao could beat, greater anyway, but I don't think he would beat Williams.
