Manny will easily eat Maywethers feather fisted pot shots. Cotto is a much harder puncher than floyd, and Manny took it. Clottey, much physically larger than Floyd, felt Mannys power and wanted none of it. Manny can afford to take risk with Floyd, cause Floyd cant hurt him

Cotto managed to snap his head back with his jabs, and Hatton even managed to do it once. I know he's great at hiding his pain and does pain conditioning, but you can be damn sure he's taking damage each time his head gets snapped back. Even someone like pac will wear down and begin to be visibly hurt if their head snaps enough. A KO can even happen. See Mayweather vs Hatton for example.

Are you saying Floyd's left hook and straight right hand don't have as much power as Cotto's jab?:patsch

Floyd can definitely hurt pac especially with the his timing and the way pac loves to be explosive by leaping in. Pac's rushing in will only help the impact and increase the power of Floyd's counters. Think of it as two cars colliding instead of just one car hitting another.

The fact that his head snaps back so much is a a reminder that he's still indeed a little man. I doubt Mayweather will rely on size and physicality since it's not his style, but the strength advantages will def show.

You're going to be in for a big AZZ surprise if the fight happens if you think pac can just simply walk through Mayweather's shots.

There is no question as to weather Paq. gets hit by Mayweather. Paq. seems willing to get hit to hit back. The question I ask myself about this fight if it ever happens is how will Mayweather react if he starts getting hit every time he throws. I don't see a blow out for either fighter, and think it will be extremely competive. I just hope it happens.

Each one of those guys are serious threats. I'd have to think that of those three, Manny is not the biggest threat.

I agree that he wont be getting hit everytime he throws, But someone like Floyd who's not use to being hit, it might not take but a few good shots from Paq t make him reluctant to throw. I am not going to compare Clotty to Floyd, but I think JC was planning to throw more punches in the fight. I thought Clottey was going to control more with the jab. Paq was doing something that made Clottey cover up and just try to go 12 rounds. I don't buy the "paid off " theory. Manny is overwhelming good fighters right now.

Yes, lots of things with Floyd remain untested like his chin, how he would respond to getting hit moar than he usually does, and whether his knowledge of the next punches coming is based on intuition or what he thinks usually follows. Like the 1-2 is a popular combo, so would knowing about the 2 come from the fact that it's a traditional combo or whether it's moar psychic. If it's based on what he knows should typically come next then I can see it being exposed by someone who would know how to throw off his predictions. Perhaps those three things will never be tested; it all depends on how good his future opponents are.

I remember Marquez feinting the jab and following it up with a right that barely managed to graze Mayweather's face when they were near the ropes. He was angry at being hit, but smiled it off. He then took the fight back to the center of the ring and purposely added extra torque into his left hook that planted Marquez AZZ onto the canvas during the second round. You could see how tense his face was when he did that hook as to say I just got you back mother****er. That was one response to getting tagged.

His bad hands are definitely a weakness.

I think PBF will win but if he struggles with Mosley he'll definitely have serious problems against Pac.
