Morales in the first fight still had plenty left in the tank and he beat Pacquiao fair and square. I love Pac, but my man lost that night. Pac knocked him out in the rematch, but Morales moved up to 135 and then back down to 130. He was having a hard time coming back down in weight. And the wars may have started to take it's toll.

You know the first Morales Pacquiao fight is understated in it's violence. It wasn't completely toe to toe except for the 12th round and Morales almost went down because of that decision. But it was a tactically violent fight and it likely took a lot out of Morales who had also been in wars with Barrera.

You're right about Barrera and Marquez though. Pacquiao beat them fair and square in their primes. The Barrera victory in particular stands out. Due to how dominant Pacquiao was. It's probably the best victory any fighter has in the last 30 years. You can watch that fight now and still be floored at what Pacquiao was doing to Barrera that night. Barrera was a damn good fighter in 2003 and the way Pacquiao took him apart, it stands the test of time. I suggest watching it again. It still holds up like it happened a few months ago. Nobody should have done that to Barrera.
