He is just taking this bout in his stride its not a big deal for him it all started when he told roach he could go with zou to china and even stay there and see the sights roach was shocked:yep

For pac he is supremely confident and doesn't think this fight is a big deal recently he has been playing on the swings :yep

Mayweather on the other hand is taking this fight very very serious to the point you worry for his mental state he was very out of character in the press conference and almost cried on stage the pressure he is under is crazy:yep

Sparring partner chop chop said he never saw mayweather this serious before and he has been in 4 camps with him

Mayweather "I never wanted to win a fight this bad in my life"

its amazing to see the contrast Pac is cool Mayweather is going nuts trying to get everything right like I told you guys before the 0 is anther big pressure:yep

so my question is Mayweather is acting very out of character do you think the pressure could get to him?

Think about this, You already got the 80 mill contract, you know you gonna lose so why worry about it.

cause it doesn't matter... dude opened up a 3:1 under dog. If he loses it's really not a big deal. Losing to floyd isn't a big deal, he's been the best since he was a amateur.

Manny have even making it to this level is a miracle. If he wins it would also be epic but if he loses he can still go back to the filipinos with his head up.

Floyd losing will be catastrophic to his career and branding.

    edit:
floyd losing to anyone will be catastrophic to his career unless it's his last fight where he & people can blame age.

Mayweather often looks like he is going to cry. Looks all emotional all the time. Looks like build up tension to me, it will translate in aggression fight night.

    wrong again!

Floyd losing here would be catastrophic no doubt especially as the public perception is he has been ducking this and to finally lose to him and lose that 0 as well:patsch

The way Mayweather is acting is strange. And I'm not sure how to feel about it. On one hand, how can it be a BAD thing for him that he's doing even more to prepare for this fight, but on the other hand it shows that he isn't quite as confident with this fight as he has been with his other 47, if he's changing a lot up and doing more. Also, I'd imagine when an individual is at the pinnacle of their sport (like Mayweather and Pacquaio), confidence has to be a HUGE factor. And all this going on, CAN POSSIBLY mean that Mayweather doesn't have the level of confidence he is accustomed to, and who knows how that is going to affect him.

But also, all this we are seeing can just be mind games. But then again, why go through all the effort to play these mind games, if you never did in the past?

Yeah. Maidana BIT HIM and he didn't even have enough "aggression" to after him 120% to try to knock him out  But his nervous feelings now, is going to make him go beast mode on Pac in the ring? :patsch

Like Floyd said Manny has already lost, so losing again does not bother him.

Yea normally if you change up things that much it means you are not confident in you're abilities

And also, compared to Pacquaio everyone looks tense. That lad seems to have no nerves.

The fact Floyd is going all out for his training means he respects Manny. Him working harder than ever before makes me think either he wants to put the beat down on Manny or he acknowledges Manny is a threat and could very well beat him so he is training as hard as he can. I think its a little bit of both but more so of the latter.

Also, he knows this is the biggest stage ever and will be the most remembered fight of both their careers. The delay and anticipation has created more pressure for both fighters in this sense. :deal

It's true. Manny is acting very different for this fight. Laughing and saying that Cotto and DLH were harder fights, and how he will have no problem with Floyd's defense, smiling and looking way more relaxed than Floyd.

It's funny to see an ATG effortlessly turn the tables on Floyd in the psych department before a fight, after years of watching Floyd rattle no hopers like Ortiz and Guerrero with his lame mind games.
