Hatton didn't get to do nothing, Oscar was to weak and Cotto is not really a hard puncher. Joshrah clotty was afraid to hit back LOL. If pac can take a punch of paul williams, madaina or victor ortiz, then I will be impressed. I think since he is so fast he can see any punch coming and is better prepared for it. I can't remember him fighting anyone, like tim bradly, faster than him.

Absorbing punches means a lack of defense.

Remember how people bragged about Andrade's and Margarito's chins??

    Notice how that worked out.

Pac hasn't took any "real" clean shots since moving up! Hatton didn't touch him,Hoya didn't touch him,Cotto touched him but not clean on that chin,Clotty well I don't have to say much about his bumb ass. Somebody will catch up with his ass sooner or later!

What fight were you watching. I saw floyd get rocked by a perfectly landed clean straight right hand. What hook are you refering to?

I agree. Pacquiao's chin is rock solid. The only time I can remember him even being wobbled since he moved up to featherweight was in the Marquez rematch, and he shook that off without even coming close to going down. He ate Cotto's best, took some flush from Clottey, took one or two from Hatton, and blew them off his shoulders like dandruff. No way does Floyd have the power to dent Pacquiao, he is no Sharmba Mitchell.

His chin is good but he busts up too easily which is never a good thing.

If the fight with Floyd goes down , I think his scar tissue from his past fights will be more of a factor than any damage Floyd may actually do. He cut pretty badly during Morales and in both Marquez fights. I think Floyd would score a stoppage on cuts before he would be able to knock Manny out.

I agree. I feel a cut could be a big issue going into the fight. Pac cuts and busts up in almost every fight. With that said I would hate to see the fight end on a cut.

Mayweather's sharp punches could open up a cut pretty quickly...but would the doctors stop a fight of this magnitude via cuts unless it was really bad?
