Mosley was past his peak as early as the second De La Hoya fight in my opinion.

Pac dropped cotto like no one else mosley couldn't even hurt him badly

Pac dropping cotto 2 times in the fight that showed real display of power

cotto has never been dropped by a single punch except from Pac

Well Pac was suspected to be on PEDs AND Cotto was drained.

Not a good example. Using your same logic I could say Cotto hits harder than Pac because he dropped Clottey. And he did it with a jab! See, how does that sound??? Please use another example to prove your point, since this one obviously doesn't hold water.

cotto even fought at 140 and was a beast you fool

It was not like he was fighting at 154 before the fight and came down to 145

The fight before he came in at 146 against clottey

    Hmmm, ok?!

    1) Cotto used to fight at 140, does this mean he's a 140 lbs fighter to this day?

    2) 154, then down to 145... are you saying Oscar was drained?

    3) He came in 146 before, so you say he was not drained. Canelo came in at 153.5 before Floyd, was he drained when he fought Floyd?

    I'm just looking for consistency.

He also came in at 145 for judah 1.5 years before the pac fight

The point is that is not draining you fool

draining is when a fighter has not made a weight class for some time ext
