Manny Pacquaio=OVERRATED!!!!

Pacquiao is underrated by haters, overrated by *******s and rated by boxingfans, maybe I overrate him then but imo based on his accomplishments I rank him top 5 since the 80's behind duran and leonard, about equal with pea and higher than greats like jones jr. , bhop and hearns. Really a overachiever based on his accomplishments and talentpotential compared to others who have more yet accomplished less.
