Pac was all that one could pray for in a fighter. Pac had one real nemesis, and he really lost all those fights but Willie Pep lost 3-4 to Saddler and is still considered greater than him. Pac is way beyond legend status. Calling him overrated isn't even silly, it's disrespect. No one should even question Pac, I think he's damn near beyond reproach.
How can you "over rate" such a fighter just look at his resume, you're as likely to find a similar CV as you are to find a pile of gold the next time you open a door. Just appreciate the Pacman. I hope he stays retired unless he fights Mcgregor in a fun exhibition, although the Irishman seems to have a lot of pent up frustration in his interview with Del Boy lol. Those quoting Dinamita who I love, his resume seems to largely revolve around Pac which I understand, just try and take into account Dinamita is just one chapter, amazingly epic as it is, in this guys career. He struggled with him but he also gave him absolute fits despite conclusively getting decked in the end.
I think he lost every single fight. Every fight was competitive. Fight 4 ironically is the one I thought Pac looked the best in.
Same, it's the one official win for Juan and the punctuation mark on their rivalry but until basically the moment that right hand landed it was a vindicating performance for Pac.
I like the JMM rivalry. Up untill he knocked him out they were about even troughout 3,5 fights. It was always ending in one of them ko'ing the other. Only thing more fitting would be a double ko. I think last time I scored it I had Pac winning the first fight, second a draw and the third fight a jmm win. Its a huge part of Marquez legacy but just a part of Pacquiao's. To call the guy overrated is an insult to the sport. He had basically 3 hof careers in 1, came from nothing and fought everyone. I wish every boxer was like Pac. The sport would have been in a beter place then. Only fight im really missing from the mini fab 4 is jmm vs el terrible. That would have been a great fight.
