Moving back down to fight at 140 only makes sense if he rematches Marquez. Marquez is even willing to fight at welter weight so definitely a step backwards if Manny goes back to 140. I'm pretty sure most of us expect Pacquaio vs the winner of SSM-FMJ

You Pacquaio fans are a joke! If He has to take random test Pac will have to stop juicing. Once he stop juicing he will lose the muscle weight he gained from PED's. So he will have to go down in weight to fight and stay competitive. All those ex baseball juicers lost a lot of weight like Giambi, Pudge, Mcgwire, Sosa, Ordonez etc.....once they stopped juicing.

We both know that Floyd weighs more than 150 now. There is a reason why he couldn't make 144 anymore and wouldn't reveal his weight during the fight night you know.

You could flip that around and say that's why Pac fans want him to drop down so he's got less chance of losing.

Is he really going to duck the winner of Mayweather vs Mosley?

At 147 theres a few guys who you would give a better chance on possibly beating Pac based on size alone, I dont think that is the case at 140. Therefore his best weight is 140 where no one has the size advantage over him now his body has grown. That said, I think he's that good he can afford to be the smaller man yet instead of fighting like a fairy, still go in there knocking people out.

in pacs defense though, he fought at a catchweight, and fought a weakened cotto, he is like hatton imo that he'd struggle at 147, and his other win oscar was also a weak one and we all know that. He'd go on ask people for catchweight **** just like mosley at 142 cuz hes the catchweight king

Not thinking that its a ploy, I truely dont believe that they EVER wanted to fight Floyd. I just think that they thought they would go into fake talks with floyd, they would fall apart and everyone would blame Floyd. Arum has done this before, but this time it backfired, and most none *******s saw that it was TEAM pac that walked away from the fight. I think that if the fight happens between Floyd and Pac it will be because Pac feels pressure from the fans and media to make the fight. Right now I think that hoping for a Mosley win so they can then say, well Shane is just too big for manny and they can go back down without losing face.

How is he the catchweight king if he's only fought at a catchweight once?
