Both are great offensive fighters with weak defenses. If Amir Khan hits Manny Pacquaio properly, then I could easily see Pacquaio getting KO'ed, but if Manny hits Pacquiaio properly, then I even even MORE likely see Khan getting KO'ed... Manny seems a bit more hardhitting and durable. But Amir Khan has longer arms and VERY fast punches. Could Pacquaio properly get through Khan's faster and longer-reaching offense, while either dodging or wishstanding it? I don't know... Maybe, maybe not... I have it 55% for Pacquaio, 45% for Khan. It would be one of the most exciting fights of the century. One of them will be KTFO'ed and then a rematch would be exciting as ****.
Are you serious or trolling? Just because Pacquiaio ate a flush shot from a beast like JMM and got KO'd doesn't mean glass chin Khan would have any chance.
Im a fan of both but no way does khan ko pacman unless his punch resistance has totally gone from the brutal ko he suffered on saturday . I agree it would be exciting how long it lasts but pacquiao would ko kahn in a firefight he hit jmm with some huge shots in the fight kahn wouldnt be able to absorb that type of power hes been knocked down and ko by lesser punchers than the pacman
I'm a Khan fan, but unless Manny's punch resistance is totally shot (ala Roy Jones/Hatton), Pac chews him up and spits him out. Amir is a level below.
You need to remember that this isn't the first time Pacquaio lost, he lost to some unknown filipino boxer and thai boxer by monstrous KOs. But he's a great fighter. I think he would beat Khan, but Khan could change the match with a properly placed hard hit.
Manny's Power in the 4th fight with Marquez was still there, Marquez was all bloodied up and depends on your score card but had Pacquiao up by 1 point.
:-O When I asked him if he, as well as Mayweather, might beat the Pacquiao we watched in the MGM Grand Garden, this was Khan’s diplomatic answer: ‘Well, let me just say that in our sparring lately he’s not the one getting the better of it.’ Read more: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/bo...y-Pacquiao-consider-future.html#ixzz2EgSZq24g Follow us: @MailOnline on Twitter | DailyMail on Facebook
Yeah, he looked great until the KO, better than he has in years... but then again Roy Jones looked great against Tarver (2) in the first round, and Hatton looked completely renewed against Malignaggi so... :conf It's hard to come back from shots like that, not just physically but mentally... most of the time you're never really the same fighter again. We'll just have to see how Manny looks in his next fight I guess.
