Yep...in the first video, he is definitely faster...of hand and foot.

The best judge of his handspeed though is during his bouts...compare the De la Hoya/Hatton bout(s) to the Cotto/Clottey bout(s). Shadowboxing whilst not throwing puches at full range isn't the greatest example of his handspeed.
