Manny never refused testing. Every fight in his career he has been tested. And he agreed to the random urine testing Floyd wanted....the only thing he balked at was the blood testing which again, wasn't necessary since there's nothing blood tests can catch that urine testing can't.

Before Alex was hired by Floyd, he had 2 flagged A samples....yet after Ariza joined team Mayweather he used IVs in a way to mask PEDs. That's a little suspect chief. Looks like Floyd was trying to prevent any additional A samples from getting flagged by NSAC or USADA.
