Roach already admitted that they were the reason why the fight was never made..... and I'm sure you've seen that video of him admitting to it.

Asking for blood testing is extremely reasonable as there were many reasons to suspect Pac was on that sauce, and damnit he was right!!!

His refusal to test in 2009 and then coming around to doing it around 2015 should tell you everything you need to know. The man definitely was on PEDS!!
