Fact is Bob Bennett has already confirmed that it was completely legal, and may did nothing wrong..Nothing whatsoever!!

Easy now. Floyd was the one throwing up obstacles back in 2009. Making special tests and making baseless accusations he couldn’t prove. Not PAC. Not a sign he really wanted to fight Manny back then Chief. Blind loyalty is amazing. Lol

Legal, after it was illegal. Ahaha

The TUE for Mayweather's IV -- and the IV was administered at Floyd's house, not in a medical facility, and wasn't brought to our attention at the time -- was totally unacceptable," Bennett is quoted as saying in the report. "I've made it clear to [USADA CEO] Travis Tygart that this should not happen again. We have the sole authority to grant any and all TUEs in the state of Nevada. USADA is a drug-testing agency. USADA should not be granting waivers and exemptions. Not in this state. We are less than pleased that USADA acted the way it did."

But refused to test in 2009... Did the same test in 2015 LmFAO. Whatever happened to him being too weak after having his blood taken?

Right.. nothing happened. He was masking some a side meth.

Everything was applied for under correct procedure, everything was properly supervised, everything was applied professionally. That's just a fact!

A medic properly supervised it all. Of course he did nothing wrong

Lol...you mean like Floyd using a illegal IV drip of 750mls when the normal practice is 60mls per hour? Ahahaha! Too funny. That’s exactly the way PED users mask illegal substances in their system Chief. Ask Your boy Floyd about it. He knows.

Why did the man refuse testing in 2009 and then did that same test in 2015. I thought he said it was completely disastrous as it would weaken him and render him unable to fight lmao

Not under WADA and USADA’s guidelines and regulations and not under current NSAC regulations. They made an expedition for your boy Floyd. Lol a retroactive TUE to be exact

Of course it was cuz Bob Bennett reviewed the entire situation and said he did absolutely nothing wrong. Applied appropriately, proper application as well as supervised by a medic. Facts

He didn’t . He accepted unlimited random Urine testing but Floyd wanted extensive blood testing chief.

Why didn’t Floyd just negotiate like he did all the other times before PAC? Instead of creating his own special testing just to do his job? Why all the baseless accusations that he had to pay for ?

You know he didn’t want that fight in 2009. His actions prove that Chief

Ahahaha. Bob was wrong and so was USADa and WADA, right? You’re too funny Kim.

Oh yes he did LOL, Roach even admitted that it was all their fault the fight didn't go through. Why'd he do the same test in 2015? Whatever happened to the fact that the test rendered him unable to fight? Explain

I know he accepted unlimited random urine testing. Lol. But he wouldn’t have had to accept Floyd’s special testing if he never went off a limb and started with the unsubstantiated accusations then taking it to a new level with creating his own drug testing. The fight was easy to make in 2009. Floyd simply didn’t want it and made roadblocks. Lol

Really....That’s not what he originally said. See here. Lol
