    Ahahah

Bob B: The TUE for Mayweather's IV -- and the IV was administered at Floyd's house, not in a medical facility, and wasn't brought to our attention at the time -- was totally unacceptable," Bennett is quoted as saying in the report. "I've made it clear to [USADA CEO] Travis Tygart that this should not happen again. We have the sole authority to grant any and all TUEs in the state of Nevada. USADA is a drug-testing agency. USADA should not be granting waivers and exemptions. Not in this state. We are less than pleased that USADA acted the way it did."

All he did was refuse testing in 2009 and Roach already admitted that it was because of them that the fight didn't go through. Why do the test in 2015? What happened to him being weakened!!

    Facts:

Bob B: "Mr.Mayweather did NOTHING WRONG!!!"

Everything was applied professionally, everything was applied correctly, everything was monitored by a medic from a nearby hospital!!

All Floyd did was create obstacles that prevented the fight from happening in 2009 with baseless accusations and crazy demands tied to unprecedented drug testing that he conjured up . He didn’t want the fight back then

Except he did and the only reason it didnt happen was because PEDQUIAO refused testing and of course made up an excuse that it would weaken him to a point where he couldnt fight. OF course, he did that same test 6 years later and of course, no weakening took place LMFAO.

    Smh

No...there wouldn’t have been any discussion around extra blood testing or special Drug tests had Floyd just negotiated the fight line he did 40+ times before. The root of the problem was Floyd’s special demands for drug tests. Had he really wanted the fight to happen in 2009 he wouldn’t have thrown up all the roadblocks.

    Thermonuclear? Ahahah. Kim...

Why did Floyd contradict himself by stating he wanted to fight Manny back in 2009 and how easy and small PAC would be then make baseless accusations and hook up with USADA to creat Floyd’s special drug tests? Lol. C’mon Kim.....use your head.
