As you in the sport longer, your body automatically change. It even change when a fighter stay at one weight class mind alone going up or down.
As a matter of fact, I have just watched Lomachenko earlier fight last night and even then I can see how his body looks different. Check out other fighter, including Floyd and you will see a transformation.
If they stay on the same weight, you can see they will have more muscle definition towards the later part. Eg like GGG or Wlad.
If they move up, it depends how it is done, some will be chubbier like Duran or Oscar for example and some will be more muscular like Pac, Floyd, Roy etc.

This is a myth, 10 years ago I like to go to the gym but I let go of myself lately after fatherhood and I'm around 14kg heavier since. He's not long but is blessed with huge joint, fist, head, calves. That enable him to move up and not overpowered by the longer guys.
Duran is the same I think, why don't you check Duran's lightweight head and his middleweight head lol.
And some Asian like Jackie Chan does have huge head despite being short.
