I agree, Pacquiao's frame isn't a welterweight frame.
I think without PED's the highest he would have been competitive in would be 135 lbs and not against ATG's.

Knockouts isn't an alert to me for suspicioun of PED's, its the workrate Pacquiao exhibited against naturally bigger fighters. Not only was Pacquiao able to maintain a high workrate at welter, but he was tireless in doing so.
There lies my suspicioun.

 

He clearly used PEDS, everyone including Ray Charles could see it!

 

Pac has never tested positive for PEDS. SOB had acne all over his back, landed very low blows to the testicles, yet you don't see the haters say anything about it. Where is all this proof that Pac uses roids? Where is it?

Just as there's no rebuttal to Roach/Ariza admitting he took them shakes and definitely was on them roids. Smh.

 

A better question is who is actually clean?

 

This happens when you’re the loser. People finally start being honest about you. Of course Manny was doping.

People who deny it have no shame. With dope, he was blowing out guys like Cotto and Margarito. Without dope, he’s going tooth and nail against Bradley and Jeff Horn.

His whole career is one big inconsistency.

 

Good thing that Mayweather's career was consistent, because from the start to the end he was juiced to the gills, a whopping amount of IV fluids were needed to bleach his blood before the Pacquiao fight.

 

Just because he's deteriorated now doesn't mean Pacquiao is not using PED's now.

Hopkins for example was on them all through his late career when he moved out of the middleweight division.
Losing and not looking quite the same doesn't mean he's not on them.
You get older and your body starts to get slower, there's only so much PED's can do for you.

For example, Mayweather now, he's aged, if he's been on PED's for years, its not going to stop the aging process.
Same with Pacquiao, he can continue to be on them, but he's still going to show decline due to age.
Perhaps Pacquiao was competitive vs Horn because he was aided by PED's.
If that were the case, then I would estimate Horn would dismantle and knockout Pacquiao if he were not being aided by PED's.
See how that works?
