Yep, Pacquaio coming up with all this stuff from the sky. Not like Mayweather hasn't denied negotiations and showed a disinterest in fighting Pacquaio despite the entire boxing world wanting to see such a fight.

He said on several occasions that he tried to push the fight with them. Ross Greenburg said both sidse were in negotaition, and ODLH said talks were going on. Mayweather's camp denied it.

Has Floyd ever contacted Top Rank to negotiate the fight?

i didnt run any where, I have a life outside the internet. What do you wanna talk about now, fanboy?

I'll say it again: Floyd hasn't done diddly squat to make this fight happen over the past two years. All he's done is talk **** in the media, make racist jokes, and spew the same bull**** drug testing line over and over again. Meanwhile Pac and his camp has said on many different occasions that they've tried to push the fight and you have 3rd party evidence from guys like Ross Greenburg, Oscar and even Roger Mayweather.

The truth is that both sides are being prima donnas, but floyd is the biggest thing holding this fight up and that's always been the case. He wants nothing to do with the Pacquiao, bc he doesn't wanna risk his record and he's making big paydays on low risk fights. It's that simple.

"The drug testing was the first obstacle, then when Manny unequivocally said that's not an issue..do any kind of drug test, blood, urine, random....(laughs) but Floyd keeps bringing it up like it's still an issue, but it's not an issue."

from 2 min on....after you see it, make a call to Floyd's camp and maybe he'll order his lover to make the call so they can start the 2nd or 3rd negotiations.

Pretty much. At least we know pac truly makes no decisions about who he fights. Money was not an issue since day 1. Testing was.

what does that have to do with the money split?

so your answer is no. They have never called Al Haymon or Ellerbe when Floyd makes it publicly known all the time that ALL negotiating goes from Al Haymon

funny, after this interview a few weeks later, Koncz said they still wanted a cutoff and then Arum said they FINALLY agreed to test fully, but don't want USADA

And in the meantime pac is suing mayweather in court. Lmao. How the **** does that work? Would'nt Pac have to drop the case to negotiate with Mayweather. You are suing me but lets do business.
