I'm 28. Tyson vs Spinks was the first fight I ever watched. I started watching the sport "religiously" in 1992. I started to watch and study past fighters and ALL divisions in 1996. My boxing knowledge is there, in terms of "years."

That's not why we here. I think Pacquiao did not have leg cramps and he used that as an excuse, to explain why he could not deal with Mosley's movement.:hat

First fight I ever watched was Leonard-Hearns I in 1981. Damn, that's about 2 years before you even existed. :yep

Been fortunate enough to watch one of boxing's best eras after that fight.

Pac did have cramps in that fight as you could see him trying to stretch. Even without cramps, Pac isn't great at cutting off the ring. Just because someone gives an excuse doesn't mean it didn't happen. Shane gave a lame excuse for trying to quit because he could no longer move because of a boil that bursted. It was lame, but it did happen. David Haye looked lame in showing his toes, but he was hampered somewhat by them.

Good to go on the 81:good

Like I said, I still don't believe he had leg cramps. I think he doesn't have the skill nor the ring IQ (especially ring IQ) to deal with the 39 year old Shane Mosley's movement and angles he was giving him. I think the cramp item was a way to make fans think "oh he had a cramp, that's why."

Didn't he say he had a cramp in the next fight too?:huh To my knowledge, The Freddie Roach series had Ariza saying not to worry about it as they have taken care of that issue, yet he comes out with the exact same excuse again....hmmmmmmmm:think This adds to why I don't believe he had any leg cramps...And if he did, THEN THAT IS A FLAW IN HIS FIGHT GAME, THUS HE ISN'T AS GOOD AS SOME THINK HE IS.:deal :good

Ariza took care of the issue. Pac didn't. He snuck out a few days before the fight to do some roadwork without the knowledge of his team and against the advise of his trainer.

    :)

Well that's on Pac and his fight game then..that's his flaw and makes him less of a fighter. Put some Xylocaine in those legs or something...perfectly legal...not literally but find out some sort of remedy for it. Thats his problem if he is really getting them.

I don't think he is and I think it's just an excuse though.
