    Tomato(e) Can's notes:

What people don't realize is that Matthysse came into the fight in the best shape of his career and was actually in and showed better than form than in his fight w/ Danny Garcia. I supplied a comparison video. Lucas got up for this fight! This just gets completely lost Pacquiao is and has always been levels above him. His mistake was trying to box Pacquiao (!)

    Watch closely:
    • Lucas was the most mobile/lively he has ever been; light on his feet, bobbing, weaving
    • Lucas was throwing bombs in the first round (some missing by mere inches) and his handspeed was no slower than what he has shown in his other fights
    • Lucas has never seen elite speed before (yes, Judah was fast, but Judah's a single shot kind of guy)
    • Lucas was flummoxed by Pac's speed, footwork, and angles (every opponent he's ever fought stood right in front of him)
    • Lucas looked terrible because Pac is and has always been the absolute worst styles match up for him

OK ok, you're trolling greatness just blew up in your face.. You have to rebuild like you're hero after one of the many losses he'd sustained.

    Good luck kid

Watch the videos. Lucas got up for this fight. He just had an animal in front of him.

Are you actually a fan of Pacquiao? Are you trying to help him build interest for a fight with Crawford? Because that's where this is going. You really want to watch that? I don't; I actually admire and respect the Pacman.

You don't have to be prime to showcase the best version of yourself.

Floyd wasn't his absolute prime when he fought Clenelo, but that was probably the best version ever of himself. Yes, even factoring in Clenelo being a drained zombie.

The Pacquiao in Bradley III and Marquez IV looked to be the best version of Pacquiao in their fights — far removed from prime.
