Manny Pacquiao didn't use or PED's or he was godlike at hiding it

the small amount of blood taken is instantly replaced by more red blood cells.

Anyway, even if you really believed what you say (you don"t) you are just giving every other fighter a pass for refusing testing for the same reason.

Bottom line we both know there is no honorable excuse for refusing to be tested. We can't say if he was clean or not, but we can say that he refused to let the truth be known. Imagine if a murder suspect refused to give up his dna for a case and his rabid fans wanted him set free.

The life of Pacquiao fan is shallow and lonely

I ran track and my coach wouldn't let any of us give blood, because of course you ruin your stamina when you draw blood. It's science.

    Your body regenerates it quickly.

Ran away from the biggest fight of his career because he was scared of better testing. Head grew to the size of a pumpkin. Obvious PED abuser tbh.

As a universal donor, the blood people here in the UK are constantly on my case for donations - a pint at a time - and they've told me it does take a while before the red blood cells are replaced. It's the plasma that's replaced very quickly.

Anyway... he should of taken the test. They didn't want much from him and it's the same for most sides.

    WTF???!!!!

The biggest money makers in boxing can get away with pretty much anything without real or any consequenes... Look at Floyd and Pac, two biggest PED users and no consequences.

Exactly the red blood cells are removed and it's take time to regenerate. There is both a physical and mental toll for an endurance athlete to give blood.

When you consider that Pacquiao's most important asset was his workrate then giving blood is bad for his boxing performance especially.

It's a fact he took IV's. It's clearly stated in the WADA code that he broke the WADA code, which equals instant conviction. I would argue that it's not unclear at all, and it's a fact he took an IV which is banned.

What's not readily known is that buried in the USADA contract stipulates that they don't have to follow WADA rules much less any rules. This allowed USADA to issue an unheard of retro-active TUE for a banned IV.

ie for the layman, they allowed him to use a banned doping practice, literally.

If Pac was ever on peds then when did he start and when did he get off them? If ever he was on peds you would have to think it was leading up to the DLH fight and you would have to think he was off them by the JMM 4 fight when he wanted vada testing and JMM refused to fight unless it was usada or even sooner. Rick Staheli who trained him from the Torrecamp fight to the fw title against Sasakul is constantly asked the lowdown on whether he was doped. His answer is that he was never on them when he trained him and Pac had always shown the same incredible work rate power speed and stamina all the way through his career even outside the period of suspicion. He kod Lebwaba handed Barera his 1st ko put JMM down 4 times in 2 fights and stopped Morales twice. You would hardly think he would bring a defamation case against FM if he was guilty. You guys who say he refused testing are wrong. It was always about the cut off date for taking blood. At first he wanted 21 days then 14 then he agreed to whenever. Filipinos are very superstitious people and always think that when their fighters are cut and lose it because they were weakened by blood loss.
