Comment was taken out of context. Pac was saying Spence was better than Mayweather at being aggressive. Which, right now, he is. Pacquiao is gearing up for a battle and he likes that better than trying to hit someone who doesn't intend on getting hit.

 

what exactly do you think he did to mikey? spence is the only man, across 5 divisions, that has ever even been close to beating mikey. the smallest guy spence has ever fought, and he didnt even smash him. he boxed the **** out of the smaller elite.
