It comes down to Pac and Cal imo of who has the faster hands in boxing. I'd give the edge to Pac over Cal now because Cal has lost some speed as he aged. Cal is the better overall fighter technically imo. Pac is not far behind though.
Thats because Joe throws shoeshine punches, ala Guzman and other so called speedsters. Pac throws power punches ala SRL..sometimes they may not appear as fast on film but in reality like Diaz, DLH and Nacho said..its different speed when hes in the ring
There is no such thing as shoe shine punches. Cal throws just as hard to the head and body, so when guys think Cal can't punch, or isn't fast ask his opponents why they can't just walk through him.
I meant shoeshining...Joe is fast especially at that weight...but his punches does damage thru accumulation...His punch technique is very bad..looping and wide but he makes up for it with his speed
