If Mayweather wants to have blood testing against Pacquiao then the entire sanctioning body needs to implement it. Everybody from 106 up to heavy weight will need to get random blood testing not just the opponents that wants to fight him.

While I agree with having the fight with Manny under the same exact rules he's went along with before.....your critisim for FLoyd most recent performance against Shane is far off!

He beat a great in Shane......No different with how Manny beat a great in DLH. The excuses to "WHY" both men won are comical. They are just excuses. THe fact is they both beat future hall of fame fighters and did so in dominating fashion which should be appreciated.

 

It isn't out of the realm of possibility that Pacman has used performance Enhancement drugs and who knows which other boxers have used them, but the key to all this debate is that there was no evidence of this before the Mayweather's just threw it out there.

There was and is no proof of Manny cheating the onus is on Mayweather to make the fight. The bout was basically a done deal until all this USADA stuff was brought up out of nowhere.

At the end of the day....Shane was little more than a punching bag himself. The fight was completely one sided and SHane's offenseive output was just about what Josh's was.

All roads lead to the best in the sport and at the moment that spot is shared by PAC and Floyd....which is why the fight must happen.

 

I agree with all of this BUT Manny needs to do it to prove that he is not on PEDs, Mosley did it.
