PACQUIAO TEAM said to FLOYD if you want PACQUIAO to take OST tests then go to NSAC and ask them and if they say PAC need to do it ,then PACQUIAO will do it.

actually, you forgetting that they changed their stance about the days from a month to 24. and it was said they did that after seeing pac/hatton 24/7. so their first stance wasnt going to the nsac, it was the number of days before the tests could occur. and mosley didnt have a problem taking the test either. you have to hold both mayweather and pac accountable because either man could give in, but neither will.

 

If thats the case...Manny should have told Floyd to go **** himself from the start instead of giving all of these dried out excuses...And please point out to me were a fighter cant ask for a more stern test???

MOSLEY had a big problem taking those tests.

He complained alot on USADA.

in last episode he cried to USADA male nurse that he needs time to make weight and this and that.

And in second episode he looked like dead man after 5 tubes of blood and he said only reason why he is doing this **** is cuz he wants to clear his name

 

That's not the case. Floyd wanted to clean the sport by making Pacquiao take tests but what about his previous opponents? Why did he not ask for such request? If Floyd wanted to clean up the sport, why not petition Sanctioning bodies to implement it?

It's unfair for fighters that want to fight him to undergo tests that only them would participate in. Floyd took the test sure but that's just to save face.
