It was on the table and there were several threads about it here. Mosley wanted to fight Pac at 147 but Roach wouldn't do it. When Shane asked you fought Oscar at 147 why not me, Roach replied because you're better than Oscar. Shane then came out saying he would fight Pac at 140 but Pac declined and fought Cotto at a catchweight instead.
