pacquiao's legacy is secured. he has been fighting and beating the best and the first to fight a truly elite welter in cotto. meanwhile floyd took 5 years to fight one and when this elite welter is almost 40 year old.

i'm surprised that he added "elite" before africn-american boxer. he used to say that pac has to fight an african-american boxer only as a requirement so that there would be no asterisk on pac's boxrec record.
