Manny has painted himself in a corner, what if manny knocks out clottey. It would only feul the rumors that he might be doing steroids. if clottey looks good then manny was afraid to take his juice because he was under the spotlight. tell me what do you think about manny's issues.

Manny just won fighter of the decade, and his third fighter of the year award. The third man to ever do that along with Ali and Holyfield.

Also, less and less people are buying into the bull**** about Pac being on steroids.

Manny should forget the critics they always got **** to say.

If he wins then he just says as long as PBF keeps his mouth shut then I will happily take the tests.

only joyboys even buy to that. as for the rest and neutral boxing fans, they saw it as floyd's ***** move after he saw what pac did to cotto and his father suggesting that his son should not fight pac. heck, even some objective floyd fans don't buy to that **** anymore.

These issues are Floyd's not Manny's, nobody proved yet PAc was
ever using steroids, and if he KO Clottely and nothing will be shown
on paper it will just blow in Manny's wings. PAc doesn't need Floyd
    on his resume.

And in the process, he will get his 4th fighter of the year in 2010.

What a nice way to put yourself in a corner.

Anytime an athlete of any sport refuses better drug detection methods and comes up with excuses for not wanting them, they yes he's worse than just put himself in a corner, he's dug himself a grave.

Because Pacquiao refused even just a middle groung for the drug testing, he's subjected himself to even more critcisms whether he looks awful, or spectacular during a fight.

Lets say Pac looks awful against Clottey......Clottey is able to use his jab to offset Pacquiao's offense, and use his strenghth to manuever Pac around the ring where ever he wishes......
.....of course there will be many who will say, "that was Manny trying himself out against Clottey without the PED's to see how he can handle such a task.....that certainly was'nt the fighter that beatdown Cotto."

.....and I dont need to say a word of what will come ot Pac if he makes Clottey just another easy session in the manner he did with Cotto.

If Pac stops Clottey the PED talk will only grow stronger. He will be forced to take random blood test at that point.

And in the end of the next millenium, your opinion would not actually matter.

BTW there is a thread trashing JMM now, I have not seen your post there. I always thought that you are the knight in shining armor when it comes to defending JMM.

If you have hard time finding it, here it is :

    http://www.eastsideboxing.com/forum/showthread.php?t=204931

BTW, everybody will have their back in the corner.

GBP would now be mandated to have that stringent blood test everytime a GBP fighter fights otherwise they will be accused of hypocrisy. Do you think they would require that in JMM, Khan, Ortiz, Campbell, etc fights? I doubt it.

After Mosley fight, who is there to fight except Pac. I am sure that Floydettes will and can justify fighting Matthew Hatton, a ODLH rematch, a Hatton rematch, even someone in the 140 like Bradley. But Floydettes only comprise 1 per cent of ESB (probably 1.5 per cent if you count the JMMorons who suddenly become Floydettes) and 0.0000000000000000001% of the general population.

Pac was right not to cede to PBF's demands as PBF was trying to gain psychological advantage.

However, PBF's means might justify the ends, as it has highlighted how poorly regulated boxing is - and with Sauerland's announcement and the PBF-Mosley fight introducing more rigorous testing this will hopefully just become the norm.

And if it's the norm you can bet that Pac will take the tests and pass them.
