In my personal Opinion Manny Pacquiao is no longer #1 p4p or #1 Welterweight in the world, Sugar Shane Mosley was the linear Champion in the Welterweight division give or take that Andre Berto holding the "nice one" WBC championship, Im sure many will agree Manny Pacquiao squashing Joshua Clottey does not give him the right to claim he is #1 in any of the two categories, I speak from a neutral standpoint when I say this but I really do not think Manny Pacquiao has been tested at Welterweight yet.... But I will say this for him, Although Manny has many question mark opponents I do believe he will bring the best out in Floyd Mayweather and is capable of beating him but that being said I really do think that Mayweather has to many things going for him against Pacquiao. Im not a Mayweather fan any more than Im a Pacquiao fan im a boxing fan. I want to hear your views guys and please don't tell me Pacquiao will KO floyd in 1 round because its just seriously fare fetched be mature when responding

manny was never the best ww in the world.he only had 2 fight at the ww limit.he beat oscar and clottey.cotto was the man until margo beat him and then shane beat him, who mayweather beat.so may 1st had the 2 best ww in the world fighting.manny just has an title.manny right now is probably 3rd or 4th best ww.maybe you can dick ride and say hes the 2nd best because he has a belt but so does berto.by why because of the belts, ask floyd bout them belts they collect dust.i can manny top 5 ww no higher then 3 now roger that !
Definitley NOT the top WW b/c Floyd is. But top P4P I'd say PAC is still #1. In all honesty Floyd's win over JMM wasn't a great one....it was a nice name on his ledger but it didn't help his P4P case except for the fact he completely dominated. With Shane! That was his best win or close to his best....I think DLH, Corrales rank as better wins. With the win and how he completely dominated that helped him emmensly but PAC hasn't done anything to REMOVE himself from the P4P #1 spot.
Floyd beat the number 1 welter in Mosley so I think he deserves that. The p4p thing is a little different cause Pacs been more active. Either way their 1 and 2 without much distance between them. Like what has been said let them settle it in the ring. Woulda, coulda, shoulda settles nothing and is only bringing out the clowns in people.

I never thought I would side with PBF on anything, but the fact of the matter is that Mayweather defeated the linear champion at the full fledged weight limit of 147. Manny did niether.
