Bernabe Concepcion is under Top Rank not MP promotions. Pacquiao is his manager, not his promoter. Dennis Laurente is also under Top Rank... not MP promotions. Mercito Gesta is under Braveheart Promotions.

Nobody wants to hear him sing. He doesn't know how to make sound judgments.

He is still smarter than you. At least he has millions to pay the slimy bob arum. What do you have? Anyway he needs a US promoter, he can not just promote himself as he is not American. His MP promotions does promote in his country. Could he make a better deal with someone else? Maybe. But i do not know if he is in an exclusive contract. If it is, there is nothing he can do but fight under Arum if he wants to fight in the US until his contract runs out.
