So, if Pacquiao wins, then according to the thread starter he will be ranked top-15 of all time.

What I want to know is, if Cotto wins, where does elevate him on the all-time P4P list?

Get it right! Roach did not demand DeLa Hoya to dehydrate. Dela Hoya asked for the fight and it was actually unfair for Pacquiao moving up 2 weights class and Oscar moving down only 1 weight class. The fight with Cotto is the first catchweight fight for Pacman. Why do the public view Pacquiao fights as they are pushing people to dehydrate? For reason unbeknownst to me, they wanna discredit all of Pac's victories with all their mythical excuses.

 

If he beats Cotto impressively and thats a big IF, youd see him between 10-20 in most list w/o much argument except from ESb guys.
