    I don't think he's surpassed Duran's legacy but with wins over Cotto and Mayweather he probably would. Remember Duran beat a lot of great of a 5 decade period. People often forget about his great wins over people like Estebeen Dejesus, Ernest Marcel and Ken Buchanan.

    you have got to be kidding anyone who has Pernell Whitaker in the top 15 is just wrong any list with pea in the top 25 has to have Pac at least 10 spots ahead of him I believe he already is top 15! but Im not sure.
